To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, take a moment to carefully review the house rules: ⚠️ The Guest acknowledges and agrees to release the Property Owner from any and all liability, both present and potential, arising from accidents during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of bunk beds, showers, stairs, hot tub, and participation in outdoor activities. 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house (including cigarettes, vapes, marijuana). Please use the designated smoking area located on the patio/yard. Any violation will result in a fine of $500 and immediate eviction. 🚨No Weapons Allowed: For everyone's safety, carrying or possessing weapons or firearms on this property is strictly prohibited. 🔇 We kindly request that you keep noise levels to a minimum from 10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Any loud noises, disturbances, parties or similar activities may result in a fine of $1000 and immediate eviction. 👥 For each guest beyond 6, there's a $40 per person per night fee. Also, please inform us beforehand if you plan to bring additional guests after 10:00 pm. There will be a charge of $35 per guest for any additional guests added to the reservation after this time. 🚗 Right in front of the house, there is parking space available for two vehicles, Unit 1 and Unit 4 please park one car in the garage. Additionally, there are two more parking spots at the complex entrance for additional cars or for larger vehicles such as motorhomes , cars carrying boats or any other sizable vehicles you may have. 🅿️ 🐾 We welcome furry friends. IMPORTANT: In consideration of other guests with allergies, we kindly ask that you keep your furry friend out of the bedrooms and off the furniture. Please kindly keep your pet(s) on a leash when outside of the house and within the complex for safety reasons. This policy ensures the well-being of all guests and their pets. There will be a fee of $95 for 1 pet and $150 for 2 pets to cover the cost of cleaning the property. Excessive pet hair on furniture and linen will incur in extra cleaning charges 🐶 🛏️ If you plan to arrive before your scheduled check-in time, please let us know in advance. An early check-in fee of $90 will be applied for checking in up to 4 hours prior to the standard check-in time, subject to availability. Similarly, for late check-out up to 4 hours after the standard check-out time, a fee of $90 will be applied, subject to availability. 🍼 If you are traveling with a baby and require a crib during your stay, please inform us in advance so we can ensure that it is ready and waiting for you upon arrival. 🛋️🚫 We kindly ask for your cooperation in refraining from moving any furniture, appliances, tables, beds, bbq, or other items within the house, whether they are located indoors or outdoors. 🛁 The hot tub is provided for your enjoyment; however, the management will not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your use of the facility. Children must be supervised. Do not step or place any weight on the hot tub lid. Always place the hot tub lid back after use, any damage to hot tub will incur in a $500 fee. 🌟 Golden Rule: Have an amazing time, make the most of the house and enjoy your stay!
